DELIVERY:
All orders are processed at our warehouse in and orders placed before 12.00pm (GMT) are dispatched the same day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to four days during our sales period. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Danish public holidays.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

ORDERS:
Orders are shipped with UPS, who usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) on business days. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
All orders are fully traceable at www.ups.com. Please enter the unique tracking number in the menu option.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
INSURANCE:
Designers Remix insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by the third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Designers Remix. Transfer of responsibility will therefore be passed to the recipient.
TAXES & DUTIES:
All prices are including Danish VAT 25% and all orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.

All orders are packed in our Designers Remix gift boxes, which ensure protection during shipment.

INSURANCE & LOST GOODS
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Designers Remix to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. It is also necessary that you contact Designers Remix within 7 days if the box or the items inside are damaged. We will then take the necessary actions towards UPS.
PICK UP IN DESIGNERS REMIX FLAGSHIP STORE IN COPENHAGEN
Orders placed before 12:00 PM usually can be picked up in our Flagship store the same day after 16:00 PM. We will notify you by e-mail when the order is ready for pick up. Orders placed after store closing will receive an e-mail the following working day. The order needs to be picked up within 5 working days. If the order has not been picked up within 5 working days the order will automatically be cancelled. If your order contains items that are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail. Please bring a photo ID with you, along with the credit card you used to place the order, for verification purposes. If you send someone else to pick up the order the person needs to bring a Power of Attorney (including the order number) along with a photo ID.
