RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Making a return or an exchange is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Complete your returns details on the backside of your receipt and enclose it, together with your returned items.
2. We recommend that you send your items in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit.
3. The parcel can take up to seven working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 days upon delivery. It is free to exchange items for a different size or product within the same price range, which means that Designers Remix will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. However, return shipping charges are at your own expense. If you are based outside the EU, shipping is free but you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item. See shipping information.
To exchange an item, simply specify the new item, size or color you require on the return form and follow the instructions stated on the back of your receipt. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Outlet items cannot be exchanged.
RECEIVING A REFUND.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Designers Remix.
If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Designers Remix is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items should be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
• Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Designers Remix cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
• All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
• Underwear must be kept in its sealed packaging.
• You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Designers Remix. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
• All exchanges are subject to availability.
• We prefer that international orders are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means.
SALE
Our policy above applies during sales periods, except that Designers Remix will not allow exchanges.
DESIGNERS REMIX QUALITY GUARANTEE
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
