making a return is easy. Just follow these steps:
Please fill out the return form, which is included in your parcel. Enclose the return form, together with the item(s) you wish to return.
We recommend that you send your item(s) in the original packaging to ensure that they are proper protected in transit.
Your money will be returned to your account once we have received and checked your return package.
For customers within the EU returns are free of charge. Please contact our Customer Care and they will provide you with a return label. If you live outside EU, shipping returns is on your own expense. Please send your package to the following address:

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Designers Remix.
TERMS OF REFUND
Items not on sale must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items on sale must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
Returns will only be accepted if labels are fully intact. Designers Remix can not accept returns where labels have been removed.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Underwear and swimwear must be kept in its sealed packaging.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Designers Remix. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for. We advise you to always ship the parcel along with a tracking number.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability.
