6. SPOT CLEANING
You don’t need to do the whole washing drill if it’s just a tiny spot.
7. GREEN DRY CLEANING
You need to be careful with these guys... Only use professional green dry-cleaners that use water as the primary solvent. If your dry-cleaner uses perchloroethylene or hydrocarbons, leave right away and don’t come back.
8. BUILD A LONG LASTING WARDROBE
One night stands aren’t really that fun. The same goes with your clothes. Long lasting relationships are just better. Think about what you buy, buy good quality and love it forever.

10 EASY WAYS FOR YOU TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Did you know that up to two thirds of your clothes’ carbon footprint occurs after you have bought it? We actually think of this as a good thing as it means you yourself can make a difference and it’s not even hard to do. Here are 10 easy ways:
1. ONLY WASH WHEN NEEDED
Being lazy is a good thing – you’ll save water and money on detergent, whilst also helping your clothes to last longer.
2. WASH AT A LOW TEMPERATURE
There’s no need to wash at high temperatures, except if you wish to shrink your clothes.
3. TRY A LAUNDRY BAG
Use a laundry bag for fine and delicate materials and they will last longer for sure.
4. SKIP THE DRYER
You can save a lot of energy by skipping the dryer. Do it like your mum and let them dry in the breeze.
5. AIR YOUR CLOTHES
When you feel a little worn out you often just need some fresh air. Well, the same goes for your clothes. Sometimes they just need some fresh air instead of washing and drying.
